Russian government spokesman Nikita Kondratyev said the first consultations are likely to be held in June to negotiate an agreement on visa-free travel between Russia and India.
Nikita Kondratyev said the two countries are ready to enhance their tourism ties by launching visa-free group tourist exchanges.
Nikita Kondratyev, Director of the Department of Multilateral Economic Cooperation and Special Projects, spoke candidly on the issue of the consultation, saying that the process of group visa-free visits has moved a little further. The Government of India is in the final stages of inter-state coordination on this issue.
