The state government is deploying more than 10,000 sanitation workers to make ‘Mahakumbh 2025’ a ‘clean Kumbh’. Special sanitation colonies have been built for the sanitation workers to live. Also, 1.5 lakh toilets and 25,000 dustbins equipped with liner bags will be installed in the fair ground.
Service levels will be monitored through QR codes at the Kumbh Mela, which will make it possible to resolve any kind of problem immediately. To avoid financial problems, the daily wages of the sanitation workers will be transferred directly to their bank accounts.
