High Court in London declared that an Indian courts judgement against fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya can be legally enforced in Britain.This is a major success to Indian banks in Mallya case.The High Court remained unconvinced by 62 year old fugitive businessman claim that he has been a NRI since 1988 and has lived in UK since 1992, a country where he has indefinite leave to remain.
