Govt of Delhi has re-enforced the odd even rule from the 13th to the 17th of November.Delhi NCR continues to struggle with toxic air quality for the third day. With pollution reaching dangerous proportions National Green Tribunal admonished government and civic agencies.It banned construction and industrial activities causing emissions till November 14. Even National Human Rights Commission sent notices to the Centre and governments of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana in view of “life-threatening” pollution levels.
