Who doesn’t know about the famous sarees of Chanderi. To get a closer look at how these sarees are woven, visit the Handloom Park in Chanderi (Madhya Pradesh), which is considered to be Asia’s first handloom park, launched in 2017. The centre has a capacity of around 24 master weavers, around 300 traditional weavers and 240 looms, with shops, trading facility, warping and winding facilities.
