External Affairs Minister od India Sushma Swaraj had many meetings with her counterparts from around the world to further India’s country’s foreign policy goals.She kicked off her engagements at UNGA with a trilateral meeting with her Japanese and American counterparts on the sidelines of the General Assembly. In her trilateral meeting with Rex Tillerson and Taro Kono, Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj aimed to further strengthen cooperation among the three nations.On another front, India will support broad reform initiatives suggested by President Donald Trump and the Secretary General of United Nations. The aim is to increase efficiency, transparency, greater accountability, effectiveness as well as ensure economising in the functioning of the world body.
