Bollywood film Padmaavat was released all over the country amid protests and high security.In MP the film did not hit the screens as the multiplex association had decided not to show it. In Gujarat, a bandh call given by Karni Sena and other anti- Padmavaat organisations evoked a mixed response. Normal life is running smoothly in most of the urban areas, including Ahmedabad.In Rajasthan, most of the cinema halls did not screen the film. Rajput organizations had called for a public curfew, which saw partial impact in many places, including district headquarters.But In Maharashtra, the film was released without any untoward incident.
